F3 Men's Fitness Group 2

F3 is a men's group that focuses on fitness, fellowship, and faith. There are 2 groups throughout the week.  This is group 2, that meets at Pine Nursery Park, in the Pavilion next to the kid's playground, every Monday and Wednesday for a one-hour workout session from 5:30-6:30am. This is a peer led group so no two workouts will ever be the same and it's free of charge. Open to men of all ages. If you would like more information about F3 visit:
