Hope on the Streets Outreach

Behind every person experiencing homelessness is a story...and a spiritual battle. With homelessness rising across Central Oregon, families, veterans, youth, and the elderly are among those struggling without stability or hope. This Life Group exists to bring the love of Jesus to those often overlooked, offering prayer, encouragement, hygiene kits, and the Good News of the Gospel. Our heart is not to judge circumstances, but to meet people where they are with compassion, empathy, and the truth of Christ that sets captives free.

Before our first outing, we’ll provide training to equip you with practical tools, safety guidelines, and biblical principles for ministering effectively to the homeless population. Together we’ll step out as the hands and feet of Jesus, praying, listening, serving, and sharing His message of salvation and freedom. Childcare:
Childcare is not provided, but some reimbursement is available if you need it during your life group time. Talk to your life group leader about how reimbursement works, then schedule your sitter. Reimbursement forms are available at the church.
